赵满云，字璞天，号卓君，女，回族，天津市人，1959年5月生。自幼酷爱绘画，早年在陕西师范学院美术系毕业，后又就读于北京中央美术学院油画系研究生班且毕业。现为世界艺术家协会理事，中国美术家协会会员，中国四川省美术家协会会员，高级工艺美术师。国家一级美术师。赵先生从事高等美术教育事业30余年，自幼酷爱绘画，少时受长安画派的影响和前辈们的指导，着重于大自然为老师。先生其创作作品注重从现实生活中寻找对大自然的情感抒发，追求奔放的笔足和奇险构图，下笔干练、大胆、雄厚、超脱、泼辣、明快、准确而严谨，其创作作品诗、书、画、印熔为一炉。创作作品风格独特、独道、新颖、而且超脱，依凭撼人的骨力气势，夺崛的结构美，沉雄高逸的境界和深厚的学术修养，给人以强烈的艺术感染力。擅长写意花鸟、山水、人物等。尤为中国画，艺术风雄奇崛，苍古高华，用笔苍劲老辣，气雄力坚，能放能收，粗中带细，钢中有柔。用墨注重点、线、面、黑、白、灰等自然合为一体。善用浓墨，简以焦墨，泼墨，破墨，水墨，淋漓中仍见笔力，其创作作品富有中国画的传统韵味。意境醇厚朴实，是近代中国艺术界最有创意性、探索性、探究性的职业艺术家之一，是当今世界文化名人之一。在国际画坛上别树一帜。先生在油画创作风格上将西方油画技法、技巧、文化等等与中国画文化、技巧、持法、元素等等巧妙结合，其创作作品别具一格，独树一帜，具富有超越时空之感又见学术修养之功力。先生创作作品内涵深邃，色彩丰富、厚重、明快，准确、满怀激情，极富强烈的生命力和探究、探索的创造力。在中国画创作作品风格上深情画意，意境清新，笔墨多变，自然天成，大度超凡，极富有韵味。
